🌐 Why Do Limits Differ by Region?
Monetization guidelines and license fees are set based on a regional zone system, which takes into account the economic environment and income levels of each region. This is a design intended to make participation accessible for creators worldwide.
📘 Important Notes on Monetization
The amounts shown above are guidelines only. However, the following cases will be considered commercial use:
- When revenue consistently exceeds the guideline amounts
- When monetization is conducted through methods other than advertising revenue
In such cases, you will be required to transition to a Commercial Creator license.
📢 Advertising & Promotion
Even Commercial Creators are not allowed to promote content using paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Ads). Organic content sharing is permitted. Paid advertising requires an Enterprise License.
