Creator Community Rules

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Rules establish the basic guidelines for creators to create, collaborate, and interact smoothly within the Nekowemon Creator Community (the “Community”), operated by iwemon store (“Nekowemon Official”).

The purpose of these Rules is to support healthy creative activities among Registered Creators, Commercial Creators, and Business Creators.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

1. These Rules apply to all creators who have completed UGC Creator Registration and participate in the Community.

2. By joining the Community, creators are deemed to have agreed to these Rules.

3. These Rules supplement the publicly available Fan Art Terms of Use and related guidelines.
If any inconsistency occurs, the interpretation determined by Nekowemon Official will prevail.

Article 3 (Creator Categories)

Within this Community, creators are classified into the following categories.

1. Registered UGC Creator
A Registered UGC Creator is an individual creator who has completed UGC Creator Registration and creates content on a non-commercial basis, or monetizes content through advertising programs within the scope permitted by Nekowemon Official.

2. Commercial Creator
A Commercial Creator is a creator who has entered into the required agreement or Creator License Agreement with Nekowemon Official and conducts revenue-generating activities.

3. Business Creator
A Business Creator is a creator who has operated as a Commercial Creator and has entered into a Creator Business License Agreement with Nekowemon Official to conduct broader revenue-generating activities.

Article 3-2 (Title Roles)

1. Title roles may be granted within the Community based on standards set by Nekowemon Official or the Community.

2. Community Certified Creator
This title is granted to selected Registered UGC Creators based on factors such as activity, creativity, and continuity of contributions.

3. Official Certified Creator (Canon Creator)
This title refers to creators who are officially recognized by Nekowemon Official from among Community Certified Creators.

4. The granting of title roles does not directly change license agreements, revenue conditions, or ownership of rights.

Article 4 (Monetization)

1. Registered UGC Creators may engage in monetization only when explicitly permitted by Nekowemon Official.

2. Such monetization is limited to advertising revenue programs.
Tipping, donations, subscriptions, sponsorship revenue, product sales, or similar monetization methods are not permitted and are considered commercial use.

3. Any economic benefit obtained through methods other than advertising revenue is considered commercial use.

4. If a creator reaches a certain revenue level, or if Nekowemon Official considers it necessary, Nekowemon Official may request that the creator transition to a Commercial Creator Agreement (Creator License Agreement) or a Business Creator Agreement (Creator Business License Agreement).

5. Commercial use is not permitted unless the creator has entered into a Creator License Agreement or Creator Business License Agreement.

Article 5 (Copyright and Creative Works)

1. All rights related to the Nekowemon characters and their world setting belong to Nekowemon Official.

2. When a creator enters into an agreement with Nekowemon Official as a Commercial Creator or Business Creator, the copyright of the original portions of the works created by that creator belongs to the creator.

3. Even in such cases, Nekowemon Official may use those works according to the relevant agreement or contract.

4. UGC created by registered creators may be shared, introduced, published, or used within the Community for promotional purposes.

Article 6 (Official Collaborations)

1. Official collaborations with Nekowemon are limited to creators who are both Community Certified Creators and either Commercial Creators (with a Creator License Agreement) or Business Creators (with a Creator Business License Agreement).

2. Official collaborations are not conducted with Registered UGC Creators.

3. The content, scope, and conditions of collaborations are determined through individual agreements or contracts.

4. Creators may not use terms such as “Official Collaboration” without approval from Nekowemon Official.

Article 7 (Code of Conduct within the Community)

Creators must not engage in the following activities within the Community.

1. Defamation, harassment, or discriminatory remarks toward other creators, third parties, or Nekowemon Official.

2. Unauthorized monetization, false declarations, or attempts to bypass these Rules.

3. Bringing disputes from outside the Community into the Community.

4. Actions that significantly interfere with the decisions or operational policies of Nekowemon Official.

5. Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by Nekowemon Official.

Article 8 (Actions in Case of Violations)

If a creator violates these Rules, Nekowemon Official may take the following actions.

1. Issue a warning or request correction.

2. Temporarily restrict access or participation.

3. Review or revise the creator’s classification.

4. Remove the creator from the Community.

5. Take legal action if necessary.

Article 9 (Community Platform and Moderation)

1. The Nekowemon Creator Community may be operated through online platforms such as Discord or other communication services designated by Nekowemon Official.

2. Creators participating in the Community must follow the rules, policies, and terms of the platform used by the Community in addition to these Rules.

3. Nekowemon Official may moderate discussions, posts, and activities within the Community to maintain a safe and productive environment.

4. Nekowemon Official may remove content, restrict participation, or take other necessary moderation actions if a creator’s behavior is considered disruptive, harmful to the community, or inconsistent with these Rules.

5. Decisions regarding moderation within the Community are made at the reasonable discretion of Nekowemon Official.

Article 10 (Operation and Discretion)

1. Matters not specified in these Rules will be determined by Nekowemon Official based on the purpose and order of the Community.

2. Nekowemon Official has the final authority regarding the interpretation and operation of these Rules.

Article 11 (Changes to the Rules)

These Rules may be updated without prior notice. Changes take effect once they are posted within the Community.
