Selling Price of Products

The price of each product is listed on its respective product page.

Fees in Addition to the Product Price

Packing and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For customers purchasing from within Japan, the listed price includes consumption tax.

For customers purchasing from outside Japan, you may be subject to customs duties, sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes applicable in your country of residence (or delivery destination). Any such taxes or fees incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

Method of Payment

Payment can be made by credit card.

All transactions are charged in Japanese Yen (JPY). Your financial institution may convert the amount into your local currency.

The final amount may vary depending on your bank’s exchange rate and any applicable international transaction fees.

Time of Payment

To purchase a product, please select the delivery country/region on the product page and enter your email address in the application form. A payment link will be sent to the registered email address.

Please complete your payment by the specified deadline.

Note: Payment must be completed before the product is shipped.

Available Languages

Please enter the delivery address and recipient name in Japanese, English, Chinese, or Korean. Other languages are not supported.

Use of Email Addresses

Your registered email address will be used for purposes such as providing and improving our services, promoting our offerings, and ensuring smooth operations.

Delivery Time of Products

■ Regular Products (In Stock)

Products will be shipped approximately one week after payment is confirmed.

■ Made-to-Order and Lottery Products

Shipping schedules for these products are listed on the respective product pages.

If you purchase multiple items with different release dates in a single transaction, the order will be shipped once all items are in stock. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Out of Stock Items

If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and cancel your order.

Regarding Shipping

We are not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

International shipping outside Japan is handled via EMS (Express Mail Service). We are unable to ship to countries or regions where EMS is not available.

Please note that we cannot combine or split shipments after payment has been completed.

If a package is returned due to expiration of the storage period at customs or the delivery carrier, it can be resent upon request within a designated time frame. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all return and reshipping costs.

If the item is ultimately returned to us due to customer-related reasons and no further instructions are received within the designated storage period, the item will be discarded. Please note that in such cases, we will not issue any refunds for the product, shipping fees, or related costs.

Regarding Returns and Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience after payment has been completed.

However, if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective due to our error, please contact us via email in Japanese or English within seven days of delivery. We will either refund, replace, or exchange the item at our expense.

Please note that other components such as headers, plastic packaging bags (PP bags), etc., may be damaged, bent, or stained during transit. These accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and destination country or region. Delays in delivery do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
